The bill uses the state’s definition of a medical cannabis dispensary as a licensed establishment that “acquires, possesses, processes, transfers, transports, sells, distributes, dispenses or administers cannabis” or cannabis-related products such as “food, tinctures, aerosols, oils, or ointments.”
