Elgin looks to ease restrictions regarding two ‘pocket parks’ keeping pot dispensaries out of downtown – Chicago Tribune


The parks in question are Advocate Park at East Chicago and Spring streets, which is just 1,200 square feet, and a 2,765-square-foot city-owned property at 67 S. Grove Ave. Both are landscaped and have benches, but neither has playground equipment or other amenities for children, Latinovic said.
