NAPA, CA — A new medical cannabis dispensary opened Thursday at 1760 Industrial Way, Suite A, Napa.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of Perfect Union in a new, 2,000-square-foot retail storefront.
“Providing guests compassionate care while investing back into the communities we’re proud to serve drives our mission, culture and bottom line,” said Perfect Union CEO David Spradlin. “Napa is a jewel in California’s crown, and we can’t wait to provide residents and tourists quality cannabis products, consumer education and one-on-one service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere they can trust.”
Perfect Union brings more than a dozen local jobs and is the first unionized dispensary in Napa — and one of the first in the nation — to partner with UFCW to ensure a living wage and health benefits to hourly employees. It also led the industry in providing hazard bonus pay for employees during COVID-19 and calling for vaccine prioritization of essential cannabis workers, according to the news release.
“With a proven track record in community engagement and championing their employees, Perfect Union is a welcome addition to the Napa community,” said Napa City Councilmember Bernie Narvaez. “They set a high standard for quality in everything they do, and I look forward to our continued work towards ensuring Napa remains a great place to live, work and play.”
The Napa location is Perfect Union’s 11th branded retail storefront in California. Its other locations are in Weed, Shasta Lake, Ukiah, Marysville and Sacramento, along with two cannabis cultivation projects in Colfax.
Perfect Union is also launching a charitable fund tied to its in-house Grower flower brand. Napa nonprofits and organizations interested in partnering with Perfect Union can visit the Community Partnership Form to connect.
