A new alternative for relief from a variety of ailments is opening Friday in Northampton County, but only to patients with a Pennsylvania medical marijuana card.
It’s called Beyond/Hello Easton, a medical marijuana dispensary at 3812 Easton-Nazareth Highway (Route 248) in Lower Nazareth Township. (The location is listed as Easton for those using GPS or a map app to find their way.)
Township supervisors approved the business in February in what had been Dan’s Camera City, close to Route 33 and the Lower Nazareth Commons and Northampton Crossings shopping malls.
Beyond/Hello Easton is Pennsylvania’s 123rd medical marijuana dispensary and eighth in Lehigh and Northampton counties. The most recent one to open in the Lehigh Valley before Beyond/Hello was Bloc Dispensary Bethlehem at 3650 Nazareth Pike in Bethlehem Township.
Beyond/Hello Easton is the 13th dispensary opened by Franklin Bioscience-NE LLC, a subsidiary of Boca Raton, Florida-based Jushi Holdings Inc.
“The first BEYOND / HELLO™ dispensary was opened in Pennsylvania, so it’s only fitting that we reach our 20th retail store milestone with the opening of our 13th medical marijuana dispensary in the Keystone State,” Jim Cacioppo, CEO, chairman and founder of Jushi said in a news release. “With the opening of our newest retail location, we have not only broadened access for more Pennsylvania patients, but we have also expanded the reach of our newly introduced suite of highly innovative branded products, including the The Bank, The Lab, Nira+, Tasteology and Seche. In the coming months, we look forward to deepening and enhancing our business in key Pennsylvania markets with the continued expansion of our store base.”
The hours will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
