Permit for cannabis dispensary in Ukiah renewed again – Ukiah Daily Journal   Recently updated !

The city of Ukiah again renewed the operating permit for Cannavine on Airport Park Boulevard, a business that is still the only cannabis dispensary operating within the city limits of Ukiah since the sale of recreational cannabis was legalized in the state.

The permit came before Zoning Administrator Craig Schlatter Jan. 12, and during the hearing Schlatter described the business during his visit as “clean, tidy, well-managed, and there’s good security.”

Smith St. (Wine Country Cannasseurs), and 441 N. State St. (was Element 7, now Vibe).

State St. According to the staff report prepared for the Dec. 21 hearing of the Zoning Administrator, the permit was first approved in May of 2020, but “the original permitee, Element 7, has not begun operation at this location.
