BRICK, NJ — A year ago, plans to try to open a medical marijuana dispensary began to pick up momentum. But as opposition to the proposal grew, what started as concerns turned into an all-out battle.
Last week, the latest turn of events saw the property at 385 Adamston Road put up for sale, even as its owners continue to pursue a lawsuit against Brick Township to force an automatic approval of its latest plans build a 48,000-square-foot grow house to grow lettuce.
