WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — A Cadillac man facing multiple marijuana related charges after his business was raided last summer, was in court Tuesday.
Don Koshmider faces several charges including delivery of marijuana, maintaining a drug house, and felon in possession of ammunition.
This is stemming from a raid of his business, Best Cadillac Provisions in July, after police say he sold to informants three separate times.
The courtroom was filled with supporters of Koshmider, who denies any wrongdoing, and plans on fighting this case.
“I’m not guilty,” said Koshmider. “I’m not guilty of having any ammunition. I’m not guilty of having those plants in the basement and I’m not guilty of having more than I was allowed to under the Michigan medical marijuana act.”
They did not get through the preliminary exam, and he’ll be back in court on March 3rd.
